G\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcye ba\u011fl\u0131 i\u015fitme kayb\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcn\u00fcn \u015fiddeti (seviyesi) ve g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcye maruz kalma s\u00fcresi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden uzun s\u00fcreli maruziyette konu\u015fmay\u0131 ay\u0131rt etme yetene\u011fi ciddi anlamda etkilenmektedir. Kokleada g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcye maruz kald\u0131k\u00e7a ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen harabiyet, birincil olarak d\u0131\u015f t\u00fcy h\u00fccrelerini etkilemektedir.
